Construction Of New Investment Property
We have an in-house construction team that will track your property from the settlement right through to the key handover stage. They are committed to keeping you up to date throughout the entire build process by updating you with photos and any correspondence relating to the build of your property.
Their role is to ensure you are involved all the way through and can be confident that your investment property is completed efficiently and of a high standard. On completion of your property, our team will liaise with the builders to conduct the final checks and we will invite you to view your investment at practical completion.

Sands Property managing your property, you can expect clear communication regarding your tenant and your property.
Our role is to provide you with information that allows you to make informed decisions when required and to ensure your decisions meet legislative requirements.
